My life has been kind of crazy for the last 4 years- in that time I got married, moved, had a baby, started working part time, had another baby, tried working from home, and finally gave up and became a (mostly) stay-at-home mom. So 2010 is finding me a little confused and disoriented. But now that Vivian's getting older and I'm getting out of the mom-to-a-tiny-baby stage, I'm starting to re-evaluate what I want for my life and what my goals are.
So I am excited to hear about a book called Blast Off! by Life and Career Coach, Allison Maslan. The Blast Off! program is one that she invented and has used to help people figure out what they want out of life and how to reach their potential in their professional and personal lives. Most of us aren't exactly where we want to be in life, and we're probably not hoping to be in exactly the same place 5 years from now- so some life coaching would be really helpful! Which is where this new book comes in.
Blast Off! is a book that is designed to help you figure out what you truly want out of life- maybe even those things that you never admit you dream of. And, more than helping you figure out your dreams, it provides you a step-by-step guide, including the guidance that you need to reach smaller goals along the way and by giving you the skills that you need to make changes in your life.
This book sells for $24 at stores, and will sell for even less on Amazon.com. It is available on Amazon and at other online and store locations as of January 19, 2010. If you're thinking about making some changes to your life in 2010 and finally going after the things you've been dreaming about, take a look at this book and add it to your life goal-accomplishing tool kit!
