Even though the calendar keeps trying to convince me that we're in the middle of summer, there have been a lot of not-so-sunny days here in Seattle lately. So I've needed some extra light and brightness in my house to lighten up the gloomy, grey days. Thankfully, I recently received a beautiful new candle from Gellite Candles. Here's a bit of information about Gellite Candles that I received from the company:
Our candles are made from 100% pure mineral oil with polymers added to maintain stiffness. The oil is the same oil used in gel capsules. When the candles are burned, according to our directions they will burn 3-5 times longer than regular wax candles. Our wick is lead free and it's a cotton wick with a zinc core. Once the candle is burned, simply wash the container in warm soapy water and the jar is food safe.Gellite Candles come in a variety of sizes, ranging from tea lights and tarts to 26 ounce straight-sided jars. the lidded urn jars and straight-sided jar candles come with your choice of shells, decorative gems, or just plain candles. If you're looking for decor for a party or a party favor- Gellite Candle has you covered there too with their champagne, wine, martini, beer and coffee-themed candles. They also offer special candles for holidays such as Halloween, Christmas and Mother's Day. You can find the perfect candle for your home on the Gellite Candles site, which has options to search by fragrance, glass size/style, price, theme, or holiday.
I received a lidded urn jar candle with a lilac fragrance. I really am enjoying this candle- it looks so pretty when it's burning (and when it's not burning as well!) and the lilac fragrance is just perfect. Not too overwhelming for my small home, just producing a nice, fresh floral scent. There are over 30 options for you to choose from for the fragrance of your Gellite Candle, with options like Bay Winds, Strawberry, Chocolate Fantasy, Christmas Tree, and Jasmine, to name just a few.
And I have great news- one of you will win a $20 gift certificate to use on the Gellite Candle website! US mailing addresses only, please.
