Book review- The Big Book of Who: Football

*Disclosure: I received a copy of this book to review for myself. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.

My son, Ethan, is pretty much the hugest sports fanatic on the planet.  There's nothing he loves more than talking with his Poppy about baseball, basketball and football.  Fortunately, Poppy is coming to visit in a couple of months, because Ethan has a new book that he's crazy about and is dying to discuss with Poppy! It's called The Big Book of Who: Football. Here's a bit about it, from the press release that I received:

Need a dose of football during the offseason? TIME Home Entertainment and Sports Illustrated Kids commemorate the brightest stars in football’s past and present with the new book: The Big Book of Who: Football, a guide to the 101 players that every young fan needs to know. The Big Book of Who: Football (Sports Illustrated Kids books, $17.95 USD) goes on sale June 11, 2013 and will be available at and at retailers nationwide.

The second book in the series, this 128-page, full color collection of football profiles, facts and stats will bring the best players in professional football history to life.
Ethan LOVES this book. Even though he can't read, he spends hours paging through the book and looking at the pictures and asking me to read it to him.  He's memorized most of the uniforms of the NFL teams and has a blast going through and looking for his favorite teams.  He's definitely going to be ready to watch when the NFL season starts again!
