My son, Ethan, is 6 now. He's been wearing glasses since he was 3, and we've had pretty good luck with keeping them intact. Until he started kindergarten and had a run-in with a ball at recess. We headed to the eye doctor and picked out a new pair, but I wanted to have a back-up on hand in case we needed it in the future. So I'd started to look around at frames but hadn't made any decisions, when an email arrived in my inbox, asking if I wanted to review Converse Eyewear Kids' Glasses! Perfect!
Ethan loves blue glasses, and when the new frames from Converse arrived, he agreed with me that they were very nice-looking. They are lightweight, but still seem sturdy (and have flex hinges!), which is very important when you're dealing with an active kid. Here he is modeling the glasses:
