Review: Skip Hop Zoo Lunchies!

*Disclosure: I received this product to review for myself. I was not compensated in any other way and all opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.

We're at T-2.5 weeks until school starts, so the school supplies are piling up. I've got most everything checked off the list at this point- including a ridiculously adorable new lunchbox for Vivian, thanks to the recent arrival of a Skip Hop Zoo Lunchie on our doorstep.  Here's a bit about this really cute lunchbox, from the Skip Hop website:

With friendly faces and matching zipper-pulls, Zoo Lunchies kids lunchbox make lunchtime fun time! Sized just right for little kids or a mom and baby on-the-go, these soft bags have a roomy main compartment that holds sandwiches, snacks, drinks and more.
An insulated, wipe-clean interior keeps food and drinks cold, plus an inside mesh pocket holds lunch money, an ice pack or utensils.
Making school lunches is, honestly, one of my least favorite daily chores. But with this bright and colorful butterfly smiling back at me, I know that chore is going to be made infinitely better! I like the sturdy material that it's made out of. I think it will hold up well for the school year. I also like how roomy it is. There is plenty of space for Vivian's water bottle, an ice pack and all of the elements of her lunch.  Vivian is obsessed with clipping and unclipping things, so she especially likes the fact that the handle can be easily clipped and opened as needed. And she thinks it's great fun to have wings on her lunchbox. She's been flapping it around the house for days.

If butterflies aren't your thing, the Skip Hop Zoo Lunchies line offers lots of other adorable animals to choose from. And there are matching backpacks too! Check out all the great items at the Skip Hop website.

Happy New School Year!
